I am very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience staying here with us on our beautiful Park. Google translation makes it difficult for me to understand some of your points, but i note you stayed in one of our Park Cabins, which are our budget accommodation and think you would have been a lot happier in one of our Ensuite Units or Motels which offer more facilities, private decks and a higher standard of comfort. I am sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our Guided Kiwi Walk, which for many is the highlight of their stay. I am sure the Guide tried his hardest to find you a kiwi bird, and that is why he stayed out for 3 hours rather than 2, but sometimes it just doesn't happen - that's nature! Most people still enjoy the tour even if they don't see a kiwi as you can see from all our other reviews, they love being in the forest at night and learning about the trees and the wildlife - and usually one sees crayfish, eels, glowworms and wetas. Other highlights for our guests are swimming in the clear warm river, taking our Nature Trail around the Park, tubing in the river and visiting the spectacular Kauri Forests, the famous crystal clear Kai Iwi Lakes and enjoying the unspoilt beauty of Riporo Beach.
