Bereits die Eingangshalle war ein Traum. Der Service, wir hatten eine Premium Suite mit Lounge Zugang, war fantastisch. Die Schnelligkeit beim Ein- und Auschecken, die Lounge Einrichtung und was an Essen gereicht wurde, war alles 1A. Wer da nichts findet, hat selber Schuld😊 Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr sehr freundlich, das Lächeln wirkte aber nie aufgesetzt. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt in diesem Hotel.

Modernes, neues Hotel mit sehr geschmackvollem Interieur und schönem Raum-Design. Sehr bequemes Bett. Zwei tolle Pools. Freundlicher Service. Kreativ präsentiertes Frühstücksbuffet. Perfekte Lage am Airport Rail Link von/nach BKK. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Zugang zu Executive Lounge. Der Aufpreis war das Geld wert. Gutes Abendessen inklusive alkoholischer Getränke.
Die Zimmer sind groß und mit Allem ausgestattet.
Das Hotel ist direkt vom Flughafen mit dem Raillink erreichbar (35 min !)
MRT Station vor dem Hotel.
Am Nachmittag sind die Liegen am Pool meist belegt.

Wir waren zweimal während unserer Thailand Reise im Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. Dir Lage ist sehr gut, direkt bei der BTS.
Das Design schön. Das Frühstück sehr gut, einzig zu wenig Kaffeemaschinen für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste. Ebenso wirkt es wie eine maßen Abfertigung und die Lautstärke ist sehr störend. Beim Check In fehlt auch die Thailändische Freundlichkeit mit einem bsp. Welcome drink oder Erfrischungstuch. Das machen viele andere 5 Sterne Hotel in Bangkok&Thailand!
Leider hat das Hotel ein deutliches Problem beim Housekeeping. Wir mussten während des ersten Aufenthaltes sofort Zimmer wechseln da es massiv verstaubt und nicht richtig gereinigt wurde. Des selbe selbe Spiel hatten wir beim zweiten Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer was extrem verstaubt und auch Haare von den Vorgängern.
So etwas darf in keinem 5 Sterne „Grand Hotel“ passieren. Es ist total überwertet.

Sehr praktisch ist die Zug - Verbindung zum Suvarnabhumi Airport, direkter Zugang zum Hotel. Super Frühstück, schöner Pool mir genügend Liegen. Moderne Zimmer mit Ausblick. Wünschenswert wäre gratis Wasser /Kaffee in der Empfangshalle.
