Sehr praktisch ist die Zug - Verbindung zum Suvarnabhumi Airport, direkter Zugang zum Hotel. Super Frühstück, schöner Pool mir genügend Liegen. Moderne Zimmer mit Ausblick. Wünschenswert wäre gratis Wasser /Kaffee in der Empfangshalle.

Wir waren zweimal während unserer Thailand Reise im Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. Dir Lage ist sehr gut, direkt bei der BTS.
Das Design schön. Das Frühstück sehr gut, einzig zu wenig Kaffeemaschinen für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste. Ebenso wirkt es wie eine maßen Abfertigung und die Lautstärke ist sehr störend. Beim Check In fehlt auch die Thailändische Freundlichkeit mit einem bsp. Welcome drink oder Erfrischungstuch. Das machen viele andere 5 Sterne Hotel in Bangkok&Thailand!
Leider hat das Hotel ein deutliches Problem beim Housekeeping. Wir mussten während des ersten Aufenthaltes sofort Zimmer wechseln da es massiv verstaubt und nicht richtig gereinigt wurde. Des selbe selbe Spiel hatten wir beim zweiten Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer was extrem verstaubt und auch Haare von den Vorgängern.
So etwas darf in keinem 5 Sterne „Grand Hotel“ passieren. Es ist total überwertet.

Das Hotel ist aufgrund seiner Anbindung an BTS und Airport-Link ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zm Bangkok zu erkunden. Vom Flughafen dauert es ca. 30 Minuten zum Hotel. Das Frühstück ist phänomenal, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Pools im 22 und 35 Stock verfügen über einen tollen Ausblick. Jederzeit wieder....

Service - Lage - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Atmosphäre: Alles ist exzellent!
Das Eastin Grand Phayathai ist eines der besten 5-Sterne-Hotels, in dem ich jemals war.
Um es kurz zu machen: Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es nicht einen einzigen Grund zur Beanstandung oder für Ärger. Es war rundum alles perfekt.
Bei allen zukünftigen Reisen nach Bangkok werde ich ausschließlich hier übernachten. Es macht keinen Sinn nach einem noch besseren Hotel zu suchen (falls es das überhaupt gibt).
Der Empfang ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Bei Ankunft mit unserem Fahrer öffneten gleich drei Pagen und die Fahrzeugtüren.
Der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Ein Late Check Out war bis 12:30 Uhr möglich. Nach dem Check Out konnten alle Angebote des Hotels weiter genutzt werden.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das ausgesprochen schöne Design, welches sich durch das gesamte Hotel zieht. Alle Bereiche sind überragend schön gestaltet. Wer auf ansprechendes Design wert legt, ist hier definitiv richtig.
Ebenfalls hervorzuheben ist der herausragende Service. Dieser war wirklich absolut einzigartig. Einen so schnellen, aufmerksamen und freundlicher Service habe ich noch in keinem einzigen Hotel erlebt! Das ist wirklich absolut einzigartig gewesen! Von Page, über Zimmermädchen, Kellner und Concierge - alle geben sich stets die allergrößte Mühe. Vielen Dank!
Für die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln liegt das Hotel absolut perfekt. Mit dem BTS Sky Train gelangt man ihn nur 25 Minuten vom Flughafen direkt zur Endstation Phayathai. Die Station ist ebenerdig mit dem Hotel verbunden.
Das Frühstück war sagenhaft! Noch nie habe ich ein so gutes und großes Frühstücksbuffet erlebt!
Für mich steht fest - das Eastin Grand Phayathai ist das beste Hotel Bangkoks.
