We are all sorry to hear of your disappointment in regards of the room readiness, air conditioning, and the size of the bathtub. The challenges you met, and describe here in your TripAdvisor post are not characteristic of how we would like a guest experience to be, and we apologize for not living up to your expectations.
When the hotel is fully booked, as during this time of the year we occasionally experience a buzz all around in the hotel and I apologize for the impact it had this time.
