Following your remarks concerning the area, we would like to underline that the Hotel’s location is not something that can be controlled at by the Hotel itself. Every big city offers a large variety of buildings, monuments, areas, businesses, night clubs, restaurants and even stand-alone buildings all mixed in every area and suburb without a specific form or control. Nevertheless, please note that during the last years, the area has been evolving with the opening of various establishments such as hotels, shops etc. Accessibility via public means of transport is one of the hotel’s strongest points, so we are pleased to know that you have easily explored around the center using metro.

We are delighted to know that you had the opportunity to visit the Roof Garden of the hotel and enjoyed a drink, while gazing at the stunning views of the Acropolis. Moreover, we would like to let you know that our guests may have their breakfast at two different areas, with the Livingstone Executive Lounge being accessible complimentary for premium room categories and at an extra cost for standard rooms and external guests.

We would have appreciated you informing us while still at the property and expressing your discomfort concerning the room size. Our Front Desk and Guest Services staff are always at your service and should they have been provided with the opportunity, they would have gladly allocated you in a more spacious room.
