Es war ein schöner 5Tagesaufenthalt, sauberes und schönes Zimmer, gutes Essen, gutes Frühstück, netter Empfang, netter Service. Wir kommen wieder!
Alles war authentisch, bei kleinen Problemen wurde sofort geholfen, alle waren sehr freundlich!

Schöne Zimmer mit Marmorbad, Klimaanlage, Fernsehen, kostenlos W-Lan. Mansche Zimmer haben sogar eine große Terrasse.
Das kontinentale Frühstück kann man auch draußen auf eine sehr schöne Terrasse nehmen.
Sehr zu empfehlen für Paare oder Singles!

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Unser upgeradedes Zimmer (Suite) war riesengross mit grossem Balkon, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr zurvorkommend.

Der Empfang ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sauber, jedoch das Bad riecht wie ein Dixiklo. Nach Beanstandung wurde das Problem für einen Tag gelöst. Am nächsten war es wieder das Selbe. Ein Service ist im Grunde nicht vorhanden. Wir hätten eine weitere Bettdecke benötigt. Nach 5 maligem Nachfragen bekamen wir eine braune Sofadecke. Ein Bezug dafür zu bekommen war ausgeschlossen. Am nächsten Tag war auch diese Decke wieder verschwunden. Eine neue zu bekommen war eine wirkliche Herausforderung. Am dritten Tag haben wir aufgegeben. Das Frühstück ist ok. Leider wird sehr laut ein rauschender Radiosender mit Rockmusik abgespielt, was sehr nervig ist. Einer Bitte die Musik ab oder leiser zu stellen wurde natürlich nicht nachgekommen. Während des Frühstück wurde auf dem Tisch an dem wir saßen Geschirr sortiert. Um einen Kaffee zu bestellen muss man eine Dame erwischen. Am besten läuft man zu Kücheneingang und postiert sich da.
Auf unserem Balkon wurde offensichtlich täglich geraucht. Die Zigarettenasche und Kippen lagen immer auf dem Balkontisch.
FAZIT: Maximal 2 Sterne. Für uns nicht noch einmal

We appreciate that you found our breakfast good even if you had to call the waiter inside the kitchen for asking a coffee. Probably due to the fact that the staff were inside to prepare something for replace the buffet.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtteil Parioli . Die Strassenbahn in die Stadtmitte ist in 10 .Min. zurückschicken Fuss zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich.Wir hatten Zimmer 265 , das sehr gross für ein Stadthotel war . Sehr sauber und durch 2 Fenster sehr hell.
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 20 Personen Unterlagen Rom und hatten Halbpension gebucht.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, obwohl für eine deutsche Gruppe gutes Brot und Brötchen fehlte. Auch drr Kaffee war oft lauwarm.Es bestand aber die Möglichkeit sich frische Warmgetränke machen zu lassen.
Das Abendessen bot sehr leckere Pasta , ein Fleisch/oder Fischgericht und Desert.
Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und in ruhiger Lage.

Wir waren auf Einladung 3 Nächte im Hotel. Es ist eine alte Villa insofern sehr schön, auch ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Lage in einen ruhigen gehobenen Wohn/Geschäftsviertel ist gut aber das Zentrum ist fussläufig zu weit entfernt. Mit unserem gemietetem Roller waren wir mobil. Das Hotel hat in jedem zur Verfügung stehenden Raum Zimmer geschaffen. So waren wir im 4. Stock aber mit 3 Fenstern in Schiessschachtgrösse. Die Decke war sehr niedrig, große Menschen hätten Probleme gehabt. Es gab kein anderes Zimmer.... Frühstück gibt es nur bis 10:00. Ist am WE recht früh. Qualität ist nicht gut. Kuchen und Obstsalat werden mehrere Tage hintereinander serviert bis sie trocken sind oder schon gären. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht bekommen. Waren nur einen Abend dafür im Hotel. Da ein Kartenspielturnier im Speisesaal stattfand, wollte man uns tatsächlich das Essen auf dem Zimmer servieren. Wir haben uns dagegen gewehrt und durften auf der Terrasse speisen. Aber es gab kaum eine Auswahl. Keine Antipasti, nur 2 Pastaspeisen und nur 1 Hauptspeise. Vegetarier hätten nichts essen können... unverschämt.. Auch wurde das Tor zur Strasse um 23:00 geschlossen. Wir mussten unseren Roller auf der Straße parken obwohl der Portier den Schlüssel zum Tor hatte und es null Aufwand gewesen wäre. Ihm war es vermeintlich untersagt... Wir können das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade denn Haus ist eigentlich sehr schön...

I am glad to read about your positive comments about our hotel built in an old villa, not so far from city centre and in the meantime in a quiet area.
I am so sorry that you did not feel so comfortable in the room you stayed on the 4th floor and that probably, I gather, it was not possible to change the room with another one during your stay because the hotel was fully booked.
I regret you did not enjoy our breakfast in the morning and it will be my care to share the negative aspects highlighted by you to improve every detail. About your return in hotel with your scooter, I wish to inform you that to protect the tranquility of the hotel, we usually close the outer gate after midnight. I will take care to talk to the night porter to understand the reasons for the early closure.
