if i could give this park a 0, i would. HORRIBLE STAFF. They don't care whatsover. My family came her for toddler time. I brought my 2 toddlers in and as they were both in the little foam pit, a little girl cartwheeled into the pit and landed onto my child. 1st of all, the staff that was supposed to be watching the area was not even paying attention and did not even care that my kid got hit in the head so hard. I then checked on my kid to make sure she was okay and her lip was bleeding and had a big bump on her head so I asked the staff where I could get some ice. I was then directed to get ice from the little concession stand and as I got there, there was a middle aged adult who was complaining about having sugar in diet coke to the worker (his name was Jake Peralta) as I had already explained to the worker that my daughter got hit in the head super hard and was trying to get some ice, he proceeded to help out this middle aged man who was also complaining about either getting a watermelon or a cherry icee and still have not gotten ice. Like seriously cmon, do better. I would sue this place if my kid was in worse condition. do better.

We visited Airhouse Adventure park in Auburn. We were celebrating our grandsons
birthday party the kids had a blast. As we got towards the end after the pizza we overheard Todd (I think the manger) say to his staff get them out of here it was 7:15 we all moved to an empty part of the facility where nobody was seated to open the presents all the party areas were vacant and empty seating everywhere. Todd the told us we had to leave and could not open the presents. One of the dads said just let the kid open his presents and we can leave right after. Todd then told the Dad this is none of your business so move on. Todd never asked the kids if they had a good time never took a minute to be kind he just demanded we leave. I let him know there are 16 kids and parents hear hearing him. I also let him know about review he said so what everyone gives reviews.

to start with the front desk guy I believe Justin and another girl sorry i don't remember were really great ,worst was the floor manager lady just does not what her job requires , no decency to talk , when I said that I am on the floor to look at my kids as there were other kids playing and my kids are just 2 and 3 and as a mother I want to make sure my kids don't collide and get hurt with the big older kids but the floor girl was so rude and said you can't be here , I want to ask are you going to take responsibility "No" right as you already make everyone sign the waiver form at the time of buying passes in case anything happens your company and staff is not responsible .
though when my 3 year old daughter fall you guys wanted to refund my money which I refused as I just wanted my toddlers to enjoy their summer weekend( Friday ) but it turned horrible , I have been to various trampoline park in San Diego and other this is the worst experience just the way the floor girl handle and was even inter fairing when my daughter was bleeding and I was talking to other staff , its has become my first time and last time and if the management read this I would request to check their cameras and see why my review is so lengthy and have given low rating to prove my point

Took my little dudes to play today. Lots of jumps to do, dodge ball, basketball, jumping into pits, bull ride. All well supervised with young people who enjoy kids.
My littlest hurt his foot and the attendant was right there picking him up, getting some ice, and checking on him. A few minutes on ice and some snuggles and he was right back at it.
Tad bit pricey but fun for all.

If you looking for a place for your youngster to burn some energy, this is the place. It has a rising bull,mini ninja obstacle course,a climbing wall,a jumping board,3 volleyball courts,laser tag,2 fighter beams,jumping over stick game,a food center and a basket ball section, and you can book your parties too.

My just turned 3 year old were looking for an age appropriate activity that she would love and would wear her out. I was happy to hear about the Toddler Time as trampoline parks can be dangerous for the little ones when older children and adults jump at the same time. Overall we had a great visit but was disappointed with the large number of non-toddlers that were jumping. I’m not talking about parents jumping with toddlers, but 8-10 year olds that were running/jumping around, bouncing off of walls. I know that siblings are allowed to attend during this time but they should have to stay with their toddler family member and/or adult. After 11am can be their time to go crazy.
That’s my only complaint. The facilities were clean, Disney music playing and the toddlers were all great sharers of the balls and taking turns. Just control the non-toddlers during Toddler Time or restrict the age even more.

We were three families- brought kids age 6 to 13. The 13 and 11 year olds who do gymnastics every day- were not allowed to do backflips. They were bored.

My kids enjoy jumping at trampoline parks and jumpers like everyone else. However, I write this review to alert parents to the ease with which even a well-behaved child can break a bone at this type of establishment. My son was just having fun but landed hard on his arm and just like that our night of birthday fun turned into a nightmare.
Now, I am more mindful of the danger inherent in such places. I should have known there was danger ahead when I signed the waiver at the entrance. I guess I had always assumed that only daredevils and unruly kids got hurt at trampoline parks. Not so.

we took the kids here while on a spring break vacation to the anaheim area. they seemed to have fun but it was a bit expensive.

This is the third trampoline park I have been to in Southern California and I would say it was the worst one...for several reasons. Now, I do take into account that we went for a kids bday party on a Saturday at 430pm. Not only was the place packed, but parking at that mall was a nightmare. I did not like the fact that it is easy for kids to get lost or leave the trampoline area. Others I have been to have been more secured areas with only one or two monitored areas to get in and out. This is not the case with Big Air. The kids can easily leave the trampoline area and if you aren't paying attention, they could end up in the mall lost. And, with all the kids running around and the different sections- keeping track of your child is NOT easy. Its complete chaos there. The only redeeming quality was the attendant for the bday party. She was wonderful and accommodating and just great with the kids. I gave it 3 stars because the kids had fun, but I would have given it 1 star for my overall impression of the place. My advice to anyone would be to only go with older kids unless you want to jump and follow-up your little ones around.
