Great service out of Hilton Sharks Bay. Not only did we have a superb time on the quad safari but the snorkelling boat trip was a lifetime experience. Great team of people and we would use them again. Best to go on the afternoon quad safari as a real wild time driving them at night. The Boat trip was special as we hoped to see dolphins! (Nothing is guaranteed obviously) but on the way back we were surrounded by a pod of 30-40 spinner dolphins and the boat handler got us the best time with them. Please don’t let the negative thoughts of some get in the way of you having a really great time and do use these guys as they do want you to enjoy your trip.

We have experienced the worst service by this agency. First we have decided to go for boat trip, however while we was already in the bus on our way to the boat, they was claiming that our marriage contract is not from Egypt and that we have to pay more for the trip. This things should be sorted out before the trip, not while you are already on your way. The agency are scammers who wants to charge you more on each available moment. Second horrible moment was while Safari trip. We was promised barbecue dinner, which was served with delay as simply waiter was telling us that he assume we finish already our dinner, quantity of the food wasn’t enough for 2 person and they served one portion for 2 person. Pepsi was served in one plastic bottle for 4 pax (note that bottle was opened already) , however other foreigner guests they received separate plate and one can Pepsi for each. We felt discriminated as 3 of us was Egyptians and we had totally different, worse service for us, attention was paid not like to foreigners. Once again please never deal with this agency as there is zero service and you will get only disappointment and will pay for nothing.

We booked the glass bottom boat through Mustafa working at Hilton Sharks Bay. It was great value for money and did not disappoint. The wonders of the Red Sea where stunning and seeing the fish from the glass bottom boat was amazing. Very comfortable boat not overcrowded and well managed and maintained from start to finish the trip was only one hour and did not need to go far.
Mustafa who organised our trip was on hand on return to ask if all was OK and was superb. A lovely chap whom made us feel very special.

I went parasailing for the first time with my 8 year old daughter using Sharmania. Overalll, it was a great experience, but the time in the air was quite short. I would love an option to spend longer in the air even if I had to pay more for that option. Two options in terms of length should be presented up front with people having a choice to pay more to stay up longer.

we went there 2 days ago for parasailing trip it was a complete waste of time & Money:
1- we were supposed to take off at 1 pm but the boat was malfunctioned so were left for 1 hour without anyone telling us anything...they were trying to make it work & when we ask they just tell us to give us 5 min. & we will go.
2- finally we went at 2 :07 PM (which caused to miss our next planned activity) then after we took off & we are in the air already. the boat just stopped & it didn't surf the sea as it is supposed too (i went to parasailing many times before) then only few minutes & we were brought down....the sales guys "Mina" told us we will be in the air for 12 minutes & we barely completed 7 & we were just standing in our place.
3- the guys on the boat were completely checking the ladies while trying to pretend that they are not (we were 1 guy & 2 ladies)
4- finally i called the "Mina" the company rep who got us in this trip, i told him about everything that happened & asked him for compensation that at least we should have the photos taken by their photographer for free & he refused saying that the photographer is not with them (although he was wearing the same t-shirt with sharmania logo)
Bottom line the boat was dead but they just wanted our money, they couldn't care less about giving us the service we paid for.
the only good person was the car driver who took us from the hotel, he was very polite & supportive & he kept apologizing for us.

Motaz предложил нам полетать на парашуте. Сам привез в old market. Ребята покатали на яхте с которой взлетали на парашуте. Длина веревки 100м высота на уровнем моря 30-35 метров незабываемо.спасибо sarmmania за хорошие настроение

It was a good experience, but not what I thought.
The most annoying thing is that the price is depending in your nationality.
If you are a foreign "not an Arab" then the price will be raised dramatically!
And vice versa.
But overall, it was a good experience.

We went on a special boat trip with our friends and kids. At first we were a little reluctant because everyone comes up and asks if you want to book a trip, but the guy who asked us was fantastic. We booked the trip and a few days later we left the hotel at 11 am. We were brought to another hotel in a bus. In that hotel the speedboat was waiting for us. The boats driver was very experienced and friendly. We listened to music on the boat and saw a lot of dolphins. It was definitely worth it!!

On revisiting sharm this year we re did a two hour speed boat trip, and glad we did as saw flying fish, lovely corals and another pod of eight Dolphins who we were lucky to have with us for some time as they swam around us and generally showed off. Fantasy come true really great guide who took us all around the bay and let my wife try her skills at navigation, all round a great two hours
