Thank you for taking the time to write a review here on Trip Advisor, it truly is a very unfortunate situation that you have encountered. We would like to assure you that we have thoroughly investigated this incident on our end and have found that our driver, who quite frequently transports clients with luggage, could not duly be accused of such a crime. We hire only drivers who have a long standing positive reputation in the tourism industry. This particular driver has never been accused of such things in his service to thousand of satisfied clients and we have no reason to believe that he altered his behavior during your trip. As we mentioned via email, the items missing from your luggage were many and not the typical items one might find normally reported missing with a driver-related theft. Slippers, inexpensive chocolates and quite a bit of women's clothing are more likely items lost due to the mishandling of your checked luggage by the airlines. We stand firm, as over 100+ Trip Advisor reviews have attested to, in our reputation to Integrity. Again, we are sorry that you have had to experience such an event but we wish you would have focused more on the tour experience in your review versus unfounded accusations.
