Great afternoon with me and my son, the instructor was brilliant, helped with the technical side without over complicating it to make it a really fun afternoon of archery and axe throwing 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We went canoeing as part of a work day out, a group of 11, mostly inexperienced, adults. From the moment we booked, the communication with Sarah was brilliant. She was very informative and helped us plan everything. We had a couple of specific queries and she was very helpful and discreet.
We chose to hire a guide, Danny, who provided peace of mind, along with plenty of tips and a little lesson at the beginning. He also helped when one of our boats capsized and a few other incidents. By the end of the trip, we were very grateful we had him with us.
We had a great day and it was lots of fun. We would definitely book through Wye Adventures if we were going canoeing again, as they were very friendly and helpful. Maybe we'll try the other activities for our next day out.

Just came back from an amazing archery experience with Daniel. Rather than just handing out the bows and arrows, he took us through a series of activities to learn archery, including finger placement, aiming techniques and building confidence. In a large group, he took time to identify personal instruction for all of us. He definitely passed on his passion for the sport to us all.

We booked an overnight canoe bivi for 39 year 8s plus leaders, paddling down the Wye and hauling the boats out overnight before paddling on in the morning, through the rapids at Biblins and getting out there.
Great trip on a beautiful stretch of river. Very well organised - experienced instructors who were obviously used to working with one another and maintained good communications with one another and with the group. Donny was a great trip leader. Definitely rebooking next year.

As part of our annual reunion I hired canoes for a party of 6, together with a guide/instructor for a 4 hour paddle down the Wye. From my initial telephone contact through to the activity itself all of the staff were very friendly, polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble. In particular I would like to thank our guide, Dan for his enthusiasm and ability to make this a very special day for us. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the area itself but he was able to teach a group of 6 senior novices how to paddle (including recovering a couple of people from the water!!) The equipment provided, including the canoes and safety vests, was of a high standard. If you are looking for an activity that allows you to experience the peace and tranquility of the River Wye then I would thoroughly recommend using Wye Adventures. Whilst you can hire the canoes, kayaks or paddleboards, if you are a novice I would always choose to book a guide/instructor to enhance the experience, learn the correct technique and ensure your safety. Our group went away with great memories of a fun day. Thank you.

Had a great time doing the axe and knife throwing with a group of friends. The session was a good duration, and at a reasonable price too. The host, Stuart, was very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended. 👍

We had the best time for my sister's hen do! Thank you Stuart for making the axe and knife throwing session so fun and memorable. I can't recommend enough.

Fantastic fun building rafts then competing with each other- there were 12 of us altogether mixed ages and abilities and we had such good fun- good value for money lasted around 2.5 hours- top tip though take drinking water- we were all parched and the cafe had closed by the time we finished.

We absolutely loved axe throwing
Danny is a massive credit to the team, he made the experience a brilliant one, making sure we were safe but kept the fun element !
Our daughter has reduced sight and he made special effort to make sure she was clear on all instructions and really made her feel included and engaged in a very fun way. We will definitely be back to try another event soon 👌☺️
