We had a family trip to Vienna in October 2022 and had the pleasure of having a Brazilian guide, Francis Vieira (francisvieira@gmail.com), who was also our driver. We got to know Vienna and surroundings very well: Viennese Lakes, Salzburg, thanks to the efficiency and mastery of our guide Francis, who is very attentive and knows a lot about the history. I highly recommend Francis' services, who has made our trip even more pleasant and complete.
Fizemos uma viagem em família a Viena em Outubro de 2022 e tivemos o prazer de ter como guia e também motorista o brasileiro Francis Vieira (francisvieira@gmail.com). Conhecemos muito bem Viena e arredores: Lagos Vienenses, Salzburg, graças a competência e maestria do nosso guia Francis, que é muito atencioso e conhece muito sobre a história. Eu recomendo muito os serviços do Francis, que fez com que a nossa viagem fosse ainda mais agradável e completa.

PORTUGUÊS EM VIENA - localizei a empresa The IFriend Guia Turistico, que atende em vários países-
empresa boa, tudo aconteceu conforme o combinado - mas a guia foi muito ruim, BETINA , não sabia falar praticamente nada dos lugares e das pessoas envolvidas no contexto histórico do passeio. Praticamente tudo que perguntávamos, ela dizia que não sabia …
Não sabia falar nada sobre os monumentos que visitamos, não sabia contar sobre as pessoas que estavam sendo lembradas nas estátuas e esculturas que fomos ver na cidade, E isto que ficamos apenas no centro histórico .
Recomendo fortemente a contratação de guias, para aprender mais sobre os locais que visitar, mas está guia foi muito fraca .
Ela sabia apenas se deslocar pela cidade, usando ônibus, metrô ou a pé … e para isto não precisávamos de guia.

Francis was a great storyteller as he shared with us the best of Vienna. His knowledge, positive energy, and friendliness represented the best of personal guides we've worked with. As English speakers, we especially appreciated his excellent English...no difficulty communicating at all!

We had a fantastic tour with Francis for Vienna. Francis was knowledgeable and knew the secrets of the city. He made the tour so interesting with his friendly talks. He answered all our questions patiently. We would have not this experience elsewhere. Highly recommended for future guests & tourists to the city. Many thanks Francis for the tour.

I've covered many kilometers in Austria, Czech Republic, and Germany with Francis over the last few months. He's a wonderful travel host with a creative sense of humor and lots of positive energy. Francis obviously stays busy with in-person and virtual tours. His passion for sharing his travel experience has consolidated a large family of followers and fellow tour guides. Thank you for the great memories Francis! I'm looking forward to many more!

Today Francis took us from Melk to Danube view and back to Vienna.
Loved the Melk Abbey, from there he drove down to beautiful small villages full of apricot flowers.
In our almost 3 hours long tour, we witnessed dramatic changes in weather - from rainy, to little sunny, to rainy again, to icy, to rainy again.
Overall nice tour.
Francis is so full of positive energy and such a funny guide.
He can make seemingly boring tour much more enjoyable with his entertaining personality.

Francis is not simply a guide. He is a sort of "ancient" friend. I "travelled" with him from Salzburg to Wien and nothing was boring. Fantastic travel mate indeed !

With the onset of COVID, I hated to give up traveling. I was thrilled to find HeyGO Virtual tours and took several. This week I found an extended 5 hour tour with Tourguide Vienna -- Francis took HeyGO along on his trip from Salsburg to Vienna. Here in the USA, I had to get up at 4 a.m. to see what it would be like. I really felt like I was sitting in the front seat with him. He kept a relaxed and pleasant conversation as we drove. There were 70+ people along without being on a crowded bus! Francis was able to keep track of comments from fellow travelers. I'm off to see what other tours he offers!

Francis is an excellent tour guide!! He made the experience fun, relatable, and intriguing. So many beautiful sights! Francis is full of knowledge and genuine kindness. A rare combination! Thank you for a great time exploring Vienna. I hope to return!
