We did today a private tour with Iolo Williams and it was just great.
Very good energy and good mood, great knowledge sharing and flexibility to adjust the tour.

Me and my girlfriend participated in a bike and winetour in Wachau from Vienna Explorer, who worked with iolo tours. It was great. Some good Austrian winetasting, great environments to ride and walk through and a great guide (Iolo). Iolo provides you interesting and historic information in a funny, charismatic way.

Iolo took myself and four others on a bike tour up the Wachau valley and it was the highlight in a trip of highlights. Warm, funny, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, energetic - Iolo was the perfect guide. I cannot recommend him enough. You will want to do Iolo’s tour twice, such was the quality of the day.

You must book Iolo as your tour guide at the Wachau. He is 7 stars. I will not tell you about the tour itself as not to spoil the emotional highs and lows that he is able to bring you to as an extraordinary original welsh guide . He told us couple of secret treasures to see during the tour. He will blow you away as you will be blown away by his storytelling. He speaks perfect English and quite good German as well. Iolo is one of the best tour guides we have ever had. Since he does tours between April and October, book him before he is booked up.

The tour would have not been the same without Iolo. Besides being very knowledgeable about the region (including the wines) he was extremely nice with the whole group. We were 16 people from all over the world and he did great in having everyone entertained. It came really as a surprise to have a guide able to communicate in Portuguese. Highly recommended.

This guy came highly recommended. Oh, boy, did he not disappoint! We did a tour of the Wachau with Iolo, and it ended up being by far the best day we've had while traveling. Iolo takes his time to get know everyone in the group and building a connection with them. He also knows a ton about the Wachau and Austria in general. To top it off, he's hilarious! The guy is like a stand-up comedian and had us bursting with laughter the whole day.
