We stopped in Pačir for a few hours to visit this unusual thermal spa. Pačir is a little village, far from any main centres of population. The spa is the only reason to visit. I expect that few visitors from the UK have been here!
It was November so the outdoor Pink Lake was not available but the two indoor pools were really enjoyable. The two pools contained dark, salty water heated to 28-32 and 34 -38 degrees (if I remeber correctly). They were not deep enough to swim in but good for floating and relaxing. There were seats in the water around the sides and the pillars. The water must have been quite acidic as the radiators near them and other metalwork was partly corroded. It is reputedly good for skin conditions and other ailments. We came out feeling very refreshed.
We paid 500 dinars to enter - very cheap. We left our shoes and clothes with at the reception and got changed into our swimming costumes. Fortunately we had brought our towels and appropriate footwear as none are provided. It is probably a good idea not to have your best swimming costumes as the water might stain them. There were wooden tables and chairs around the pool area. Drinks and snacks were available but most people had brought their own packed lunches. The surroundings were quite basic but functional and we really enjoyed our stop here.
We hope to return some time in the summer. It looked as if there were sun loungers and tables in a store room waiting to be put out on the lawns around the lake next year.

Great off the beaten spa - so very reasonable two indoor pools and one outdoor with sun beds and wooden tables and seats ( small pebbles on ground so bring suitable shoes if poss) nice clean showers and toilets - lovely langos at the food snack place - friendly staff - first time we biked it from Stara Maravicia and then next time took a taxi - we’ll worth a visit and great open and closing times - will visit again but with a car ps if you manage to take the bus - it’s a hike to the entrance of the spa

A mix of charming, modern, tried and true.
Not a spa you might expect.
It is a very authentic and rough spa with no fancy extra and 3 pools.
There is the pink warm outside pool and two hot inside pools.
All pools smell a bit like minerals but you get used to it very quickly.
Unfortunately there aren't any options to book massages or treatments there.
But parking, Sun beds and Umbrella are for free.
It’s very clean there and the employees are very nice.
Entry is from 10:00 till 20:00.
The daily ticket is 400 Dinar. For the last two hours you only pay 200 Dinar.
It’s a nice and cheap experience if you want to try geothermal water, calm down and chill in the sun.

Young, modest spa center is very popular because of natural geothermal pink water. Water is rich with minerals such as iodine. That's why smell of them is very intense. Water in the lake is warm, but not too hot. The deepest point is just 1.6m so it is not so perfect place for swimmers.
Applying covide-19 rules, only 600 people can be in the spa at the same time. That means that you have to come befor 10am and que in order to get inside. At 09.56am we were waiting for 20 minutes to get inside. Entrance fee is 350rsd (cca 3eur) per person. Face mask is obligatory.
There are free sunbeds, benches and umbrelas inside, but their number is limited. Natural shade almost doesn't exist.
Inside, there is small kiosk for food. It opens at noon. Choices are limited, pure langos or with chees or nutela and french fries.
