Greetings from Costa Rica, We are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations and as you can see by our other reviews we have not had this problem previously and it is one of our most popular tours. We will delve further into this to make sure it doesn't happen again. The crowd was probably due to Spring Break as everything was quite crowded but we agree that there should be advance check-out with snorkeling gear. We are really concerned about not actually sailing as that is one of the highlights of the trip. You can be sure we will discuss your remarks with the proper management people. Wonderful review, thank you. We have so many secluded beaches and islands that are only accessible by boat and our 75 foot sailing catamaran is a good choice and the perfect way to see them and the gorgeous Pacific Sunset. Unfortunately, we can't control the visibility on the snorkeling. Sounds like the wave action near the beach was stirring the water up. It's usually much better near the rocks toward the end of the beach. And what more can we say about the breathtaking sunset over the Pacific that hasn't already been said? Wonderful review, thank you. We highly recommend the catamaran sailing/sunset cruise to everyone but particularly families. It gives you the opportunity of seeing parts of Costa Rica that are only accessible by boat while providing activities, food and drinks to suit everyone's taste and you said it so well about the gorgeous sunsets.
