Verbringen Sie ungefähr eine Stunde in der Stadt und stöbern Sie in Geschäften, die handwerkliche Keramik und lokale Zitronenprodukte verkaufen. Weiter geht es nach Amalfi, einer malerischen Stadt am Fuße dramatischer Klippen am Meer. Sie haben Zeit, sich die weiß getünchten Häuser und die Amalfi-Kathedrale anzusehen und ein schnelles Mittagessen zu sich zu nehmen (auf eigene Kosten). Ihre letzte Station ist Ravello, hoch über der Küste auf einem Hügelplateau. Nachdem Sie die Stadt in Ruhe erkundet haben, können Sie sich auf der Rückfahrt nach Sorrent entspannen.

Great trip in June. Our guide picked us up about 8:30 and we headed around the coast to Positano stopping on the way for a photo stop. Very knowledgeable guide and knew how to get the best out of out time. Note this tour must be almost impossible during peak season due to traffic levels; it was incredibly busy during June so I can’t imagine what is is like in July/ August! We had about 30mins in Positano before heading off to Amalfi. Dramatic views of coast and advise sitting in the back if you are a nervous passenger. Had about 90mins in Amalfi and our guide offered a boat trip at extra cost which was well worth it as the you get a different perspective of the scenery from the coast. We had time for a nice lunch, chose an out of the way restaurant which was less crowded and cheaper than the most popular venues.
Our last location was Ravello up in the hills which is a beautiful location. A bit cooler and more cultured than the previous stops. Plenty of time to walk around and grab an ice cream.
It was a long day but excellent tour. You could do this yourself by bus or boat but you would not see as much in a day. Highly recommended.

The driver was great… a bit quite but was engaging. The van was top-notch and the views were spectacular. We made four stops and they were fabulous. We had the option for another ceramic shopping stop, but the group declined. The rainy/windy weather was challenging… but because of this, the traffic was light and crowds were small.

This tour was one of best I have ever taken! The tour guide was very personable and learning about Italy and his family were a joy! He gave us just enough time and space at each stop, which was a perfect was to experience these 3 wonderful and beautiful areas of the Amalfi coast. The small group is the way to go! I definitely recomment this one!

The booking experience, the efficient communication confirming the tour details, our driver, Giovanni , and of course the spectacular tour in itself was all great. Due to road closures, we could not do Ravello. Everything was incredible. Thanks to Rick Steves for suggesting Mondo Tour guides. Thank you Dario for your outstanding coordination.

We had a wonderful day. We had the chance to see three beautiful towns in one day. The driver was very entertaining, the van was comfortable, and the two other couples were a joy to travel with.

With all the crowds this is the best way to see the Coast. The beauty from the water cannot be beat. See each of the major towns, your limited in each but then with all the tourists it is difficult to spend much time really enjoying any specific area .. but you can get a taste and you can get a glimpse of the beauty.

Took this tour through the Rick Steeves shared tour portal. Good value. Drive along amalfi coast road, visited Positano, Amalfi and Ravello along the way. Sufficient time in each place. Tour guide was knowledgeable, but talked non stop, which was a bit too much. Great driver. Would recommend they ask participants who scored a right side window seat at the start to move after the first stop so others xan get the prime view also.

We had a great time! Our driver and guide, was very knowledgable, spoke fantastic English, and his driving was superb. :) The Amalfi Coast is so beautiful and the towns we visited were so unique. Enjoyed the day immensely and would highly recommend Mondo Guide Tours.

The trip was overall really beautiful! Our tour guide was really rude and had a lot of attitude though which made the trip not as enjoyable. Other than her, everything was organized and great :)

Micheline. You are a star!! As our tour guide the experience was enhanced by your knowledge and enthusiasm and obviously love of your tour. Great way to see these beautiful spots. Ravello was the highlight. Make sure to check out the concert site and the Caruso Hotel. The time spent in each town was perfect. They are busy. Nice to visit no need to stay in the chaos. Highly recommend this tour. Thank you

Hello , where does at the trip start from , I mean address where to come or will you pick me up form my hotel ? thanks
Rick Steves mentioned a deal to ride on a minibus (like 8 passengers) from sorrento to the Amalie coast. I don’t see where to sign up for that on the mondo website. The website only mentions buses up to 19 people. How can I make sure I reserve space on a smaller bus?

I think they bring a vehicle based on the number of people. If they have 19 people, I believe they would take at least two vehicles. JA

I would like to do this tour after my Rick Steves tour of Sicily. I believe I can catch a flight from Catania to Naples (?) spend the night in Naples to get to Sorrento in time for the tour and then go back to Naples to catch my flight home the next day. Is that possible? or just to busy? Thanks.

Is the time is enough for this trip if we visited this place Via the cruise..as we have only specific time to get back to the ship for the next port journey?

Our tour got back late (because they didn't want to short us on our time at each stop and traffic was bad). Don't chance it. I would suggest hiring a private driver for the day and plan it so you go farthest out early in the day instead of having the longest drive at the end of the day due to traffic. Rick Steves mentions Monetti Taxi as a possibility. They book up far in advance. We booked with Sorrento Silver Star and MondoGuides for various purposes while in the coast area. Both were very good and recommended. Good luck!
Do I have to pay full price for infant (under 2 years old)? There is no option on this sure to pick adult and child tickets.

As I do not have children I would reach out to Mondo tours for the answer. If you need a seat for child carrier I would expect a charge. Btw it was super hot in August, so you might want to look for a tour thats mainly on AC bus if going during hot season...don't know if a child could handle heat...as adults had a hard time

Are there any additional fees not listed here for this tour? Some tours I found online list fees that need to be paid separately with cash when entering certain areas of the towns along the Amalfi Coast with tour vans. Thank you in advance for your help!

Is there an opportunity to go on the 12 euro short boat trip whilst in Amalfi? Seen it advertised on other trips so just wondered if it would be available with this one too?
