So sad to read all this bad things of my person, I was so clearly with those people about the local prices that we have, I'm so responsible and educated, I never take it advantage to no one. Those people was only 2 people and I cancel in the platform because we do the Tours and Excursions every day with a minimum of 4 people, and they are only 2 people, come on!!! We have to pay for gasoline, vehicles, boats, captains, etc. To bad about this people because they try to arruin my reputation and prestigiou. Can everyone read my reviews and you can see with your properly eyes that those people are so layer. The platform of TripAdvisor and Viator have the conversation that I cancel the Tour because are only 2 people. So THEY contact me and they say that really one to do this Tour. So................. I was so clearly with them. And the extra money that they talking about is because they don't have any money and pay with credit card and obviously the bank need commission when we use the machine bank. I please, please say to TripAdvisor and Viator remove this review that affects my reputation and prestigiou. This is my answer, very honest and clearly. Thanks alot and God bless you.
